How can counselors initiate the follow up calls using click to call feature?

To initiate the follow up calls using the click to call feature, follow the steps given below:

Step 1:
        Select the Admissions module, select the Follow up under the
        Front Office menu.
                   (Admissions ---> Front Office ---> Follow up)

Step 2:
      Choose the Academic Year, select the stage and choose the 
      student for whom you want the follow up to be done.

Step 3:
       Click on the Enquiry code or Name of the student then select
       the click to call feature then click on Dial.

NOTE:
Make sure that the dialer is installed and the dialer should be active
while initiating the call.
