To contact the existing parents using the click to call feature, follow the steps given below:

Step 1:

       Select the Voice Calls module and then select the Click to Call under

       the Click to Call menu.

          (Voice Calls ---> Click to Call ---> Click to Call)

Step 2:

         Select the branch, date then click on Get.  On the right side of the

         screen, click on the click to call button.

Step 3:

        Select the relation, class, section, student then click on Dial.

NOTE:

Make sure that the dialer is installed and the dialer should be active

while initiating the call.
