Please use the path below to disable mobile app menus for Parent login.

Organization ---> Manage Menus ---> Manage Student/Parent Mobile App Menus ---> Click on Parent Login Menus ----> Click on the Edit button against an action ---> Uncheck the Menu status --> Update
