If the same fee plan is applicable to multiple classes, create the class for class and add the remaining classes by following the below path

Settings --> Finance -> Create Fee Plan --> Select the Academic year, Type of Fee Plan and click on Get --> Manage Fee Plans --> Click on + Symbol against the fee plan under the Classes column --> Select the Class and Add
