Follow the below path to add the enquiry source (Sources will be like Internet,News paper,Direct Walkin,Etc..)

Settings --> Admissions --> Enquiry Settings --> Source of Enquiry --> Add

These sources will be displayed while filling the enquiry form against the field "How do you come to know about us"
