You can assign the Tuition fee, Admission Fee, Caution deposit, etc. by following the below path.

Finance --> Fee Management --> Assign fee to students --> Select Class, Section, Fee type --> Click on Get --> Click on Not assigned students --> Select the students --> Select the fee plan --> Click on Assign Fee plan to selected students
