How to Add TC Processing Fee Type under Misc Fee Type?

Please follow the below path to Add TC Processing Fee Type under Misc Fee Type

Path: Settings--> Finance--> Create Fee Types---> Misc Fee Types---> TC Request Fee---> +Add TC Processing Fee Type

NOTE:
TC Processing Fee : This fee will be charged while TC issue.
