Follow the below path to create the Hostel fee plan

Method 1: Admin Level Access

Settings --> Finance --> Create Fee Plan --> Select Academic year, Type of Fee Plan and click on Get --> Hostel/Mess Fee Plan

Method 2: Branch Level Access

Finance --> Fee Management --> Manger Fee Plans --> Select Academic year, Type of Fee Plan and click on Get --> Hostel/Mess Fee Plan
