To create or add a Zonal level user, follow the path mentioned below:

Organisation---> Organisation ---> Create Users ---> Organisation ----> Manage Users ---> Click on
Create zonal user ---> Enter the details and save.

Note: You can't use the same mobile number and email ID twice.
