How to create or add Staff Concern Types?

To create or add Staff Concern Types, follow the steps given:

Step 1:
      Select the Concerns module and then select the Create Concern Type under the Concerns menu.
                                (Concerns--->Concerns--->Create Concern Type)

Step 2:
       Select Staff Concerns option and then click on Add Concern Type against the respective category for
       which you want to add a concern type.

Step 3:
       Give the Concern type name , Description and select the responsible person at the organisation level,
       User Name and then click on Save.
