Please follow the below path to Delete the Login Credentials Email Templates
Path: Communication---> Email--> Click on Email Templates---> Select Branch--> Click on Login Credentials ---> Click on Delete Icon against Template ---> A pop up like Are you Sure Delete Template settings? will appear--> Click on Yes
Note: Upon filling the form, the selected email format will be sent to Father email and Mother email
