Please follow the below path to inactive Enquiry Followup Campaign details.
Path: Communication---> Email--> Click on Enquiry Followup Campaign Templates---> Click on Delete Icon against Campaign Name---> Are you sure to In Active this Campaign? pop up will appear--> Click on Yes
