Please follow the below path to Delete the General Email Templates
Path: Communication---> Email--> Click on Email Templates---> Select Branch--> Click on General ---> Click on Delete Icon against Template ---> A pop up like Are you Sure Delete Template settings? will appear--> Click on Yes
