Please follow the below path, To Delete the Registration Templates

Path: Communication---> Email--> Click on Email Templates---> Select Branch--> Click on Registration ---> Click on  Delete Icon ---> A pop up like Are you Sure Delete Template settings? will appear--> Click on Yes
