Please follow the below path to Delete the Followup Campaign Templatess.
Path: Communication---> Email--> Click on Enquiry Followup Campaign Templates---> Click on View Templates---> Click on Delete Icon against Email Subject---> Are you sure to In Active this Template? pop up will appear---> Click on Yes
