Follow the below path to customize the student contract form

Settings --> Admissions --> Student Contract Form Settings --> Customize Contract Form --> Select the Branch, Academic year and click on Get --> Click on + Symbol against the contract form type --> Design the form --> Save changes

Settings --> Admissions --> Branch Admission Settings --> Select the branch --> Contract Templates --> Select the Academic Year and Click on Get --> Click on + Symbol against the contract form type
