To disable the Fee Unassign option for accountant, follow the path given:

Settings ---> Organization ---> Organization Settings ---> Click on Fiance Settings ---> Click on Privilages for Accountant ---> Click on the Edit button against an action ---> Click on Yes/No ---> Save.

Note: The accountant can un-assign the fee type when this setting is 'YES'.
