Follow the below path to follow up the applications

Admissions --> Front Office --> Follow Up --> Click on the no against the academic year in the Application / Kit field --> Select the Academic year, Application/ Kit Payment status, Issued Status, Follow up date --> List of enquiries will be displayed --> Click on the student name --> Update the follow up details and click on Save
