Follow the below path to make the changes in the Application/Registration/Prospectus fee amount

Settings --> Admissions --> Branch Admission Settings --> Select the Branch --> App./Reg Amounts --> Select the Pre admission Academic year --> Click on Edit icon to edit the Fee amount (Click on delete to delete the fee amount) --> Update the required changes --> Update
