How to add Custom Templates?

To add  Custom Templates, please follow the path.

Path: Settings---> Communication---> SMS Templates---> Click on  Manage Custom Templates---> Select Branch, Template  Type---> Click on +Template--->   Enter Template Name*, Select SenderID, Select Approved SMS DLT Templates---> Click on Proceed
