To send Customized Fee Notifications to the Parents/students, please follow the steps below.
Step 1:
To send customize fee notifications , go to the Connect on the modules palette , go to the
notifications and select Fee Notifications under Template Based Notifications menu.
(Connect-->Notifications-->Template Based Notifications-->Fee Notifications)
Step 2:
Select Send Customize Fee Notification option on the left . The details to be filled will appear.
Step 3:
Fill in the details like Class , fee type , pay type(installment/monthly) , term/period , contact details
and to include the installment name, select the check box given beside the option. Select the template
format.Then, Click on Continue option.
Step 4:
The student details along with the fee details will be appeared.
a) If you want to send notifications to parents of particular students, search the student name in
the search bar then, the respective details will appear. Select the check box given beside the
student's name. Student will be selected.
b) If you want to send notifications to all the parents of all the students of mentioned class and section,
select the ALL check box, then all the students will be selected.
Step 5:
Select the Preview and Send Notification option then the notification will be sent to the zero paid
students according to the
details given.
