How to send messages by Individual Student wise?

To send messages by Individual Student wise,follow the steps given below:

Step 1:
          To send messages by Individual Student wise, go to the ERP, select the Communication module and then
           select New Student Wall(Chat) under Communication menu.
                          (ERP-->Communication-->Communication-->New Student Wall(Chat))

Step 2:
         Select the class of the students to whom you want to send messages by individual student wise.Then,
         Click on the Students tab.

Step 3:
         The list of the Students with respect to the selected class will appear. Select the Student accordingly
          to whom you want to send the message.

Step 4:
         Select the type of message you want to send(General/Academic/Transport/Exams/None). Enter the
         message  and click on the Send option. The same message can be sent to different students at the same time
          by selecting the person icon. Select the section and the students accordingly then click on Send.

Step 5:
         Files or Documents can also be sent to an individual student by selecting the Attachment icon. Select the
         respective attachment and then click on Send.
