To send the notifications to the absent students,please follow the steps given below:
Step 1:
To send the notifications to the absent students, go to the connect on the modules palette, go to the notifications module and select Send notifications to absent students under the Attendance notifications menu.
(Connect-->Notifications-->Attendance Notifications-->Send Notifications to Absent Students)
Step 2:
Fill in the details like Class , Section , Absent Reasons , Timings and Date then Click on the Get Students Option.
Step 3:
The details of the absent students will appear on the displayed page , then select the ALL check box and click on
Send Option. The notifications will be sent to the absent Students.
