How to send subject related messages to the Students?

To send subject related messages to the Students, follow the steps given below:

Step 1:
         To send subject related messages to the Students, go to the ERP on the modules palette ,select the
         Communication module and then select the New Student Wall(Chat) under Communication menu.
                     (ERP-->Communication-->Communication-->New Student Wall(Chat))

Step 2:
          Select the class of the students accordingly. Select the respective subject under Groups tab with respect
          to which you want to send the message to the Students.

Step 3:
         After selecting the respective subject, select the respective topic with respect to which you want to send the
         message and then Click on View Conversation option against that particular topic.

Step 4:
         Enter the message to be sent and then click on Send option. Files and documents can also be sent by selecting
         Attachments icon. Select the respective file/document and then click on Send option.
