To send PTM Messages to Parents class wise or section wise follow the given path:
Communication-->SMS-->Send SMS-->click on send special information by classwise/sectionwise-->Fill required fields(select user type as parent)
-->click on Continue-->select the students accordingly and click on Preview and Send SMS.
