Learner Profile-->Student Anecdotes-->Learner Profile-->select Branch,Board,Class,section-->click on get-->select the respective category like student over view/Holistic Remarks/Holistic Goals & Compentencies/Class Teacher Remarks/Subject wise Remarks-->Select the respective student-->Make the changes accordingly and click on Update.
