Follow the below path to enable/disable the payment edit access

Settings --> Finance --> Edit Payment details Settings --> Add

Note: You can give the access to Edit the amount, Receipt No, Receipt Date, Payment mode, Cheque Date, Cheque No, Cheque bank details and cancel transaction
