Why is the app showing no internet connection?

If you are seeing no internet connection consistently while other apps are working, please kill the app and switch off/on the internet connection and then relaunch. If the above step doesn’t resolve the issue, please switch off wifi and try connecting with mobile data. If you are able to connect it means that your ISP is caching some old address or security certificate which is causing this issue. This is temporary and will go away on its own in 24 hours.
