How can parents chat with the counselors via landing pages?

To chat with the counselors via landing pages, follow the steps given below:

Step 1: Submit an Enquiry (Ignore this step if already submitted)
           i) Visit the institution's landing page via website or landing page.
           ii) Click the Register tab, fill the details and submit so that the
          enquiry code will be generated and is also sent via registered
          email.

Step 2: Log In
           Log in to the landing page using point of contact email or
           point of contact mobile or enquiry code.

Step 3: Access the Chat with Us feature
           After logging in, on the top right corner, navigate to the
           Chat with us feature and send the message of your choice.
           The school team will receive the message and respond
           accordingly.
