How can the counselor send a message to the preadmission students/parents?

The counselors can send a message to the preadmission students/parents by following the steps given below:

Step 1:
       Select the Admissions Plus CRM module and then select the
       Enquiry Chat under Enquiry Chat menu.
     (Admissions Plus CRM ---> Enquiry Chat ---> Enquiry Chat)

Step 2:
        Select the respective class, then select the stage like enquiry,
        application, admission or all.

Step 3:
       Select the student and then send the message accordingly.
       Files can also be attached if there are any.
