Follow the below path to add the fee amount against the sub type

Settings --> Finance --> Create Fee Types --> Other Fee Collection Types --> Create Public Forms & Collect Fee --> Click on + Symbol against the fee type --> Add --> Update the sub type and the Amount --> Click on Tick symbol to save
