To Mask/Unmask staff details as per user level, kindly follow the below-mentioned path.
Settings ---> Organization ---> User Settings: Select User Level/User Type/Access Level/Get---> Click on the Edit button against Visible or Mask Staff Details ---> Click on the checkboxes and update.
Note: M => Masked N => Not Masked (Visible)
