School can share the passwords with the parents using SMS, Email and WhatsApp features. Kindly, follow the convenient path given to share the credentials:
Path 1: To share passwords (Login Credentials) via SMS;
Step 1:
Select the SMS module under the connect segment. Select the Send SMS sub menu
under the Send SMS menu.
(SMS ---> Send SMS ---> Send SMS)
Step 2:
On the left, select the Send Login Details option. Select the fields like Branch,
User Type (Student/Parent), Classes, Student Type (New/Existing Students),
Status (Active/Inactive), Category (Day Scholar/Hostel/Semi Residential) then
click on Get Users.
Step 3:
Select all the students or individual wise by clicking on the check boxes, then
click on select the SMS format accordingly and click on Review and Send SMS.
After reviewing click on Send SMS.
Path 2: To share passwords (Login Credentials) via Email;
Step 1:
Select the Email module under the connect segment. Select the Send Login
Details sub menu under the Email menu.
(Email ---> Email ---> Send Login Details)
Step 2:
Select send login details to Students, Parents and Staff. Select Send through
SMS/Email accordingly, All Users/Never Logged in users, User Type (Student/Parent),
To: Mother/Father, Class and click on Get Users. Select the students and click
on Send SMS or Send Email.
Path 3: To share passwords (Login Credentials) via WhatsApp;
Step 1:
Select the WhatsApp module under the connect segment. Select
Send Login Details sub menu under the Login Details.
(WhatsApp ---> Login Details ---> Send Login Details)
Step 2:
Select the User Type, Classes, Sections, Student Type (All/New/Existing),
WhatsApp template then select the users accordingly and send the
details.
