Institutions can effectively manage talent scholarship tests by aligning them with fee concessions. This guide outlines the steps to create scholarship tests and configure concession percentages using the Admissions Plus CRM module.
Step 1:
Select the Admissions Plus CRM module and then select the
Manage Scholarship Tests under the Talent scholarship menu.
(Admissions Plus CRM ---> Talent Scholarship ---> Manage Scholarship Tests)
Step 2:
Select the Academic Year, Class and then, click on Get. Click on
Add Scholarship test.
Step 3:
Select the class, test name and save. Against the created test name,
click on the + icon to add the subjects and max marks that will be covered
in the test.
Step 4:
To manage the concessions, click on View Concession Percentages and
select the add option then enter the score percentage from, to and
concession percent then click on the save icon given.
In case, you want to edit the details, then click on the edit icon against
the respective field. For instance, to edit the test name click on the
edit icon given against the scholarship test name field.
