To add a lead, follow the steps given below:
Step 1:
Select the Admission Plus CRM module and then select the
Manage Leads under the Call Center Menu.
(Admission Plus CRM ---> Call Center ---> Manage Leads)
Step 2:
Navigate to Add Lead. Select the Academic Year, Mobile No
then click on Continue.
Step 3:
Select Continue to Create New. Choose the details like
Branch, Admission Type, Contact source, Academic Year, Child
Name, Age, Grade, School Name, and Parent details then click
on Save Lead.
