Step 1:
Select the Admission Plus CRM module and then select the
Manage Leads under the Call Center Menu.
(Admission Plus CRM ---> Call Center ---> Manage Leads)
Step 2:
Click on +Create Call Center Agent. Select Create User
then give the name, mobile no, email id, username,
password and click on Save. To edit the details, click
on edit icon, make the changes and click on Update.
