How to check call status wise enquiry leads report?

To check the call status wise enquiry leads report, follow the steps given below:

Step 1:
       Select the Admissions Plus CRM and then select the Call Status
       wise enquiry leads under the Call Center Reports menu.
(Admissions Plus CRM ---> Call Center Reports ---> Call Status wise Enquiry Leads)

Step 2:
         Select the Academic Year, Contact Source, Status, Branch, Agents,
         dates and then click on Get.

NOTE:
This report categorizes the status of calls made to parents like Answered, missed
and follow up details which ensures smooth communication and follow up 
during the pre-admission phase, improving parent engagement.
