How to check call center agent performance report?

To check the call center agent performance report, follow the steps given below:

Step 1:
        Select the Admissions Plus CRM module and then choose the 
        Call Center Agent Performance under the Call Center Reports
        menu.
(Admissions Plus CRM ---> Call Center Reports ---> Call Center Agent Performance)

Step 2:
        Select the Academic Year, Branch, Lead Date, Report Type (Agent wise/
        Branch wise) then click on Get.

NOTE:
This report helps in evaluating how well an agent is handling admission related process based on metrics like
number of calls, conversion rate, and response quality.
