To manage the lead status, follow the steps given below:
Step 1:
Select the Admission Plus CRM module and then
select the Manage Leads under the Call Center menu.
(Admission Plus CRM ---> Call Center ---> Manage Leads)
Step 2:
Click on +Add, to add a new lead category, select the
category, lead status name, stage and if it is a negative
status enable the check box then, click on Add. To edit
click on edit icon against the respective lead status, make
the changes and click on Update.
