To do the leads follow up, follow the steps given below:
Step 1:
Select the Admissions Plus CRM module then select the
Leads Follow Up under the Call Center menu.
(Admissions Plus CRM ---> Call Center ---> Leads Follow Up)
Step 2:
Select the Academic Year, Lead status, Agent Name, Source,
lead created date then click on Get.
Step 3:
Select the respective student and on the right side, update
the follow up details like call status, move lead status, next
follow up date and time, remarks accordingly then Save.
