Step 1:
Select the Admission Plus CRM module and then select the
Manage Leads under the Call Center Menu.
(Admission Plus CRM ---> Call Center ---> Manage Leads)
Step 2:
Choose Add Lead option then click on Upload Lead.
Step 3:
Choose the Academic Year, Lead Source, Branch. Click
on File format button. The file will be downloaded.
Update the leads accordingly.
Step 4:
Click on Upload CSV file and select the updated file
then validate and upload the leads.
