How can a parent access the website enquiry bot to submit an enquiry?

As a parent, to submit the enquiry using chatbot, follow the steps given:

Step 1:
      Visit the School's website and navigate to the admission enquiry bot.

Step 2:
        Choose the Admissions menu. Select the Relationship with student,
        Enter the parent details like Name, Email, Mobile and validate the
        details by otp then choose academic year and branch.

Step 3:
        Fill the student details like Name, DOB, Class then click on
        Submit enquiry details. A unique enquiry code will be generated.
