Can we customise the logo for the website enquiry bot?

To get the school logo for the website enquiry bot, follow the steps given:

Step 1:
       Navigate to the Settings and choose Admission Plus CRM module
       then select the Manage Chatbot Integration.
  (Settings ---> Admissions Plus CRM ---> Manage Chatbot Integration)

Step 2:
       Against the bot settings, click on the edit icon and update the 
       logo URL of your preference then click on Submit. Hence, the
       logo of your choice can be updated.
