To we integrate the mcb's chat bot on the school website, follow the steps given:

Step 1:
       Navigate to the Settings, select the Admission Plus CRM Module
        then select the Manage Chatbot Integration.
   (Settings ---> Admissions Plus CRM ---> Manage Chatbot Integration)

Step 2:
        Select the Add Chatbot Settings option. Select the specific branch
        or all branches. Give the Domain URL, Logo URL, Bot Username,
        Welcome message, About Us, update the authentication like
        Email or Mobile and Enquiry Type then click on Submit.

NOTE: 
The website URL in which the bot has to be integrated, should not have
any restrictions for the third-party integrations.
