Can we enable the enquiry bot by branch wise?

Yes, to enable the enquiry bot by branch wise, follow the steps given below:

Step 1:
        Navigate to the Settings, select the Admission Plus CRM module
        and then select the Manage Chatbot Integration.
  (Settings ---> Admission Plus CRM ---> Manage Chatbot Integration)

Step 2:
       Click on the Add Chatbot Settings option, then choose the 
       specific branch for which the bot has to be integrated.

Step 3:
         Update all other details like Website URL, Logo URL,
         bot username, welcome message, About Us, Authentication
         Settings and then click on Submit.
