A request(ticket) can be raised from the school team for the implementation of the chat bot in the school's website by submitting the necessary details, which helps the schools in making the admission process easier by letting the parents to submit enquiries, knowing about the school's branches information, curriculum details, infrastructure and so on.
For raising the ticket kindly follow the path given below:
Login to our portal, on the dashboard ---> go to Get Help ---> select Raise a Ticket

Share essential details like:

Set Up Verification Options
Decide if email or mobile verification is required when users submit enquiries through the chatbot. (Both email and mobile can also be enabled)

Choose Enquiry Settings
Specify the type of enquiries you want to track, such as “lead” or “enquiry,” depending on how you want to manage incoming queries.
Select Menu Options
Configure which menus should be visible in the chatbot interface. Common options include:

Courses/Curriculum

Gallery (If applicable, the content like images or video URLs can be submitted)

Infrastructure
Custom menus and respective content can be mentioned, if there are any.
Implementation Workflow:
Step 1: Request Submission
Once the details are submitted, request is raised, ticket is auto generated and will be assigned to Support Team.
Step 2: Information Review
Support Team checks if all required details are provided, if not the follow up is done to collect the details.
Step 3: Configuration
After the Information is collected, the support team sets up chatbot as per the requirements and gives a script which is
to be added in the head section of HTML tags after the Domain URL JS scripts of the website.
Step 4: Testing & Approval
After the bot setup is done, the feature will be tested, and approval will be taken from the school team.
Step 5: Completion
After approval the ticket will be closed.
