Can we add any image or video in the website enquiry bot?

Yes, the gallery settings can be updated for the enquiry bot. Follow the steps given to do so:

Step 1:
        Navigate to the Settings, select the Admission Plus CRM Module 
        then select the Manage Chatbot Integration.
    (Settings ---> Admission Plus CRM ---> Manage Chatbot Integration)

Step 2:
        Against the respective bot settings, click on More and then 
        Choose the Gallery Settings. 

Step 3:
        Choose the image or video that you want to update, Give the
        title and also the sequence number.

Step 4:
        If image is selected, choose the file and update. If video is
        selected, give the video URL then click on Save.
