How can we communicate with the parents in the preadmission stages?

During the pre-admission stage, institutions (schools and colleges) can communicate with parents through SMS, email, or WhatsApp to share updates, respond to inquiries, and provide essential information. To send the SMS/email/WhatsApp, follow the steps given below:

Step 1:
        Select the Admissions Plus CRM module and then select the 
        Send SMS/Email under the Communication menu.
  (Admissions Plus CRM ---> Communication ---> Send SMS/Email)

Step 2:
        Select the Academic Year, then select the preadmission stage, 
        against which you want to send the SMS/Email/WhatsApp message.

Step 3:
        Select the students accordingly, then click on Send Email/SMS/
        WhatsApp as per your preference.

Step 4:
       After the updating the details accordingly send the
       information corresponding to the selected platforms.
