Yes, to enable both the email and mobile authentication for enquiry bot, follow the steps given:

Step 1:
        Navigate to the Settings, select the Admissions Plus CRM Module
        then choose the Manage Chatbot Integration.
    (Settings ---> Admission Plus CRM ---> Manage Chatbot Integration)

Step 2:
       Against the bot settings, click on the edit icon. 

Step 3:
       Update the Mobile and Email Verification according to your 
       preference as Yes/No then click on Submit.
