How to inactive call center agents?

To inactive call center agents, follow the steps given below:

Step 1:
        Select the Admissions Plus CRM then choose Manage
        Leads under the Call Center menu.
   (Admission Plus CRM ---> Call Center ---> Manage Leads)

Step 2:
         Choose +Create Call Center Agent then against the
         respective agent, click on icon given under the change
         status category. Are you sure? pop will appear.
         Click on Yes, Inactive it!
